The College of Business Administration create a premier learning and research community through innovative, adoptive and technology driven programs that prepare students in today’s global business environment.

Our Mission

The College of Business Administration adheres to the mission of producing dynamic professionals who are physically, intellectually, socially and spiritually committed to the highest quality of life. To provide our students with a curriculum that reflects an entrepreneurial mindset, technologically advanced and the importance of ethical practices, towards enhancement of leadership potentials.

The BSBA Program shall produce graduate students who:

  1. Able to discern the true nature of a situation and evaluation of applicable principles and techniques, reliable evaluation of information, openness to constructive change and consideration of future contingencies and development;
  2. Able to review, interpret, evaluate financial data systems/ operational data/ controls in order to form conclusions and/or make recommendations on validity/ usefulness/correctness/ compliance with established policies, procedures, guidelines, agreementsand/or legislation;
  3. Able to use qualitative and quantitative tools and methodologies to support organizational decision making;
  4. Able to describe the concept of competitive advantage and how it may be achieved through strategic and tactical methods;
  5. Demonstrate knowledge on internal control in computer-based system, development standards and practices for business system, management, implementation and use of IT, evaluation of computer business systems and managing the security of information;
  6. Able to lead by using team building skills and facilitating collaborative behaviors in the Accomplishment of group goals and objectives;
  7. Able to explain verbally and/or in writing financial/ statistical/ administrative matters/policies/Procedures/ regulatory matters/ audit results at level appropriate to the audience;
  8. Able to ask clear, concise and relevant questions to obtain desired information to perform atask;
  9. Able to work effectively.

Program Offerings and its Career Opportunities


The Human Resource Development Management Program aims to prepare the graduates for a career in the field of Human Resource Management in various corporations whether in the manufacturing, marketing and service sectors, or in the different types of industries such as pharmaceutical, semi-conductor, food and beverage, banking industries and other types of organization.

Built into the program is the normal evolution of Human Resource (HR) profession at the various stages of development of an enterprise. At the infancy stage of a company, the HR organization is limited to perform the traditional functions in personnel management. As it grows, HR gets involved in the administrative processes to ensure that policies, systems and procedures are in place to have consistency and order in handling and managing people. Thereafter, HR assists line managers in the acquisition and development of skills and competencies of employees before it engages in the more strategic given global competition.


The Marketing Management Program prepares the students to be responsive to the total environment by providing technical skills and competencies in the areas of marketing. Theory is blended with practicum activities to give the students a broad and enriched base for career in marketing.

It aims to prepare graduates to seek employment and entry level jobs or positions of responsibility as marketing manager, marketing executive or marketing director; in organizing or managing entrepreneurial activities if they decide to be self-employed; to pursue a teaching career in Marketing or graduate studies in business
